Ingredients: Kale, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, apple juice (not from concentrate, fresh pressed if available), ice

For best results, use a Vitamix or other powerful blender. If you don’t have one, make sure to break the kale into small pieces or chop it up before placing it into the blender. Doing so will help ensure the fibers are sufficiently broken up and don’t overpower the smoothie.
